There are all kinds of things that you can do to get wholesome. Extensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the solution. Little things, when done every single day, can do a great deal to help you get healthy and lose pounds. Make smart choices every day is a great start. Getting as much physical exercise as you possibly can is another factor. Remember: being healthy isn’t just about losing weight. It is more about making your body as powerful as it can be.

The ingredients needed to make Pilau:

  1. Take 2.5 cups of rice.
  2. Provide 1 kg of rice.
  3. Use 3.5 tablespoons of mixed spices.
  4. Get of Ginger.
  5. Get of Garlic.
  6. Use 4 of onions.
  7. Take 5 of big potatoes.
  8. Use to taste of Salt.

Steps to make Pilau:

  1. Saute your onions.
  2. Once tender add ginger and garlic paste till they brown.
  3. Add the mixed spices and the potatoes with a little water let it cook on low for 5 mins.
  4. Add in the boiled meat without the broth and put in the soaked rice still on low for about 2 mins.
  5. The rice in.
  6. Add 2.5 cups of the broth you got.
  7. Cook on extremely low till it dries.
  8. At this point on the lowest gas level I cover with aluminium foil n leave it on for 5 mins.
  9. Open and walllaaaa.
  10. Serve with salsa of choice.
